IPTV setup: Trimix IPTV guides

IPTV setup with Trimix IPTV (TrimixIPTV): choose your device below to prepare your player, add your login details and resolve common errors.

Before starting, have your subscription login details ready and check your permitted screen count. The player app and subscription are separate; the player may have its own fees. Only use content you have permission to access.

IPTV setup on Windows and Mac

To use Trimix IPTV on a computer, first identify the format of your login details. Your chosen player must support that format and your version of Windows or macOS.

Prepare your setup

  • Note the player name, its version and your computer’s operating system.
  • Check that your subscription is active and find the login details provided when it was activated.
  • Install the player from your system’s app store or the publisher’s website. Check the publisher’s name before downloading.

Add your login details

  1. Open the player and choose to add an account, playlist or network source, depending on the options available.
  2. If you received an M3U URL, use the option for M3U playlists. If you received a server address, username and password, use a player that supports that login method.
  3. Copy the details without extra spaces. Do not replace the server address with the Trimix IPTV website address.
  4. Save, wait for the list to load, then play a programme to check playback.

Menu names vary by player. We cannot confirm here whether the Smarters download for Windows or Mac is currently available. Contact Trimix IPTV with your operating system and intended player before following a tutorial for that app.

If the connection fails

First check your login details and subscription validity. If the list loads but playback stalls, try another programme and check your Internet connection. Close other streams to stay within your plan’s screen limit.

IPTV setup on Fire TV Stick

The method depends on your Fire TV model and the apps available on your device. Check that a compatible player is available before choosing your setup.

Install from your device’s app store

  1. From the Fire TV home screen, use search to find your chosen player.
  2. Open its listing, check the publisher, compatibility and any fees, then use the download offered by Amazon.
  3. Open the app and add your subscription login details in a format it supports.
  4. Carefully check the supplied server address or playlist URL, then save.
  5. Wait for the list to load and test playback.

This installation method followsAmazon’s official guidance for downloading apps on Fire TV. A particular player may not be available in the store for every model or country.

App unavailable or incompatible?

Do not use a download code or APK file from an unknown website. Ask Trimix IPTV support to check your exact model and intended app. Older direct-download instructions should not be treated as valid for every Fire TV.

Resolve a playback problem

Restart the app and device, check for available updates and move the Fire TV closer to your router if Wi-Fi is weak. If several devices are streaming at once, check your subscription’s screen limit. Tell support your model, player name and exact error message.

IPTV setup on Android TV and Google TV

On an Android TV television or box, choose a player designed for remote controls. TiviMate is one example; its official listing says it is not optimised for touchscreen phones and tablets.

Choose and install your player

  1. Read the official TiviMate listing on Google Play. Check the publisher, Armobsoft FZE, and the compatibility listed for your device.
  2. Install the app if Google Play offers it for your device.
  3. Open the player and add your own playlist. TiviMate lists support for M3U, Xtream Codes and Stalker Portal; choose only the format that matches your supplied login details.
  4. Enter the requested details, save and wait for the list to load before testing playback.

TiviMate is an independent player: it does not supply the subscription content. A paid app option covers its features and does not replace your Trimix IPTV subscription.

What about an Android phone or tablet?

Choose a player designed for touchscreens that supports your login details. Check its Google Play listing. Do not automatically follow Android TV steps on a phone: apps and menus may differ.

Empty list, rejected login or frozen picture

Check the login format, password characters and full server address. Then check your plan is active and that you are within the simultaneous stream limit. If the problem continues, contact our team with your device model, player version and the message displayed. Hide your login details in screenshots.
