However, we understand that some situations may require a refund or return. Our refund and returns policy is set out below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. <strong>Refund conditions<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We offer refunds under specific conditions. Refund requests will be reviewed and approved according to the following criteria:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Product not delivered<\/strong> : If you have not received activation or access to your subscription after your purchase, a full refund will be issued following verification.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Service not working<\/strong> : If, after installing the <strong>Smarters Pro app<\/strong> or Smarters Pro Lite<strong> app<\/strong>, the service does not work properly due to verified technical problems, you are entitled to a partial or full refund, depending on the circumstances, after our technical support team has attempted to resolve the issue.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. <strong>Refund request deadline<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Refund requests must be submitted within <strong>7 days<\/strong> of purchase. After this period, no refund request will be accepted, except for technical problems that our support team has not resolved.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. <strong>Exclusions<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The following situations are not covered by our refund policy:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Change of mind<\/strong> : No refund will be issued if you simply decide to stop using the service after purchasing it.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Incompatibility with unsupported devices<\/strong> : Make sure your devices are compatible with our apps before purchasing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Internet connection quality issues<\/strong> : We do not issue refunds for poor performance caused by an insufficient or unstable Internet connection.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. <strong>Refund process<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To request a refund, contact our customer service team at: <strong><a href=\"mailto:info@trimixiptv.fr\">info@trimixiptv.fr<\/a><\/strong> with the following information:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Your name and the email address used for the purchase.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Order number.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A detailed reason for the refund request.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We commit to processing your request within <strong>5 to 7 business days<\/strong> of receiving it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. <strong>Returns<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Because we provide digital services and products, no physical return is required.
